Jr. Chamber – Mission Statement

The Jr. RCBCC was created to uplift and empower the youth while working together to build our community. The purpose is to show how to be professional, a leader, and committed to service, as well as nurturing a business mindset to expand their vision with the help of the RCBCC. The RCBCC provides guidance with its unique prospective of defining what the “business” of its chamber identity should look like, and that perspective is adopted by the Jr. RCBCC. The Jr. RCBCC will put the youth in an atmosphere for learning that respects diversity, as well as learning smart business strategies centered around minority small business in addition to sharpening the tools they will need to succeed in the business world. The Jr. RCBCC works on being an asset to our community to build a better, stronger local economy.
